This space is my attempt to share my love for puerh tea with others. It is a one man operation, which has its downsides, but hopefully you will see that it also has some benefits.,
I have a very simple rule that I intend to stay true to as much as possible: buy the tea leaves, not the stories. Stories will inevitably be false, inaccurate, dishonest, whether intentionally or not. What we all care about is good tea, so let’s focus on that instead.
Code of conduct:
- Treat everyone equally and with respect, both customers and suppliers, regardless of their social and financial status. Exclusion applies to people knowingly spreading misinformation.
- Do not push customers into buying product.
- Do not offer financial or investment advice. Investing in puerh tea is for sophisticated investors with diversified portfolios only. Never accept financial advice from tea vendors.
- Be honest about the product.
- Never sell rewrapped tea as my own. This practice is likely illegal in many countries.
- Never prey on vulnerable people.
- No incentives for reviewers, bloggers or other paid shills. Good product will speak for itself.
